Counselling

All our services can be delivered in person, near you. Some of our services, such as ADHD Assessments & Psychiatry services are limited to in person only.

We aim to provide accessible appointment options, sometimes within the same week. Waiting times may vary depending on clinician availability.  

Yes. After your assessment, you’ll receive a written summary or diagnostic report outlining your results, clinical opinion, and tailored next steps for treatment or therapy.

That’s completely fine. Our counselling service is open to anyone seeking emotional support, stress management, or personal development. You can stop or pause therapy at any time with no cancellation fees.

Absolutely. We treat all personal information and consultation details with the highest level of confidentiality. Information shared with our clinicians is handled securely and in line with UK data protection and professional standards.
