Why Choose SaveTheMind?

Clinician-Led Care You Can Trust

At SaveTheMind, our services are delivered by fully qualified, UK registered specialists including psychiatrists who are GMC registered and psychologists who are HCPC registered, ensuring you receive a professional and credible mental health experience.

We follow nationally recognised (NICE aligned) standards for assessment, diagnosis and treatment, meaning our processes are safe, evidence-based and outcome focused.

Private, Local Clinical Rooms for Your Appointments

At SaveTheMind, we ensure your sessions take place in safe, comfortable, and professional settings. Simply share your postcode, and we’ll arrange a private clinical room near you. These spaces are typically within local GP practices or secure meeting rooms, some provided by the NHS and others through trusted facilities. Our goal is to make your appointment both accessible and confidential, offering high quality care close to home.

ADHD Assessment

Our ADHD assessments are carried out by GMC-registered psychiatrists who specialise in neurodivergence. Each assessment lasts around 90 minutes and is conducted face-to-face in a private, clinical space near you. The process includes a comprehensive evaluation of your symptoms, medical history, and personal experiences to ensure an accurate diagnosis. You’ll also receive a summary letter confirming your results and recommendations for ongoing support.

ADHD Prescription

If you’re diagnosed with ADHD, we offer a dedicated prescription service to help you start treatment safely. Before prescribing, our doctors take essential physical observations such as blood pressure and BMI, ensuring the medication is appropriate for your health. We also provide follow-up reviews, repeat prescriptions, and ongoing management with our psychology doctors to help you adapt and thrive.

Counselling

Our counselling service is led by HCPC-registered psychologists who offer both online and in-person sessions. You’ll start with a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your needs, followed by structured therapy designed to help you manage challenges such as anxiety, stress, trauma, and low mood at your own pace, with no commitment required.

Psychiatry

Our GMC-registered psychiatrists provide assessments, diagnosis, and medication management for conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and personality disorders. We offer flexible follow-up options, either through shared care with your GP or continued private consultations for ongoing prescribing and support.
